    As a Supply Chain Device Administrator on the IT Transportation Team, you will manage hardware and software components for a variety of Supply Chain Mobile devices.  Assist in product development and manage resolution of hardware and software issues. You will also manage rollout of hardware and software updates according to defined plan.


    Essential Functions:

    • Install and configure mobile device software components on a variety of platforms, including Chromebooks, Windows Mobile, Android and iOS devices
    • Work with software providers to create device configuration image to meet business requirements
    • Work with service providers to communicate and rollout device image, using best Mobile Device Management (MDM) practices
    • Diagnose and resolve mobile device hardware and software issues
    • Provide assistance to Divisional Field Service Technicians to diagnose and provision devices
    • Document support procedures for helpdesk and on-call team
    • Collaborate with team members to build cross functional expertise
    • Maintain roadmap based on industry knowledge and expertise
    • Advocate for continuous improvement to meet defined business objectives
    • Perform Business Day On Call duties


    Qualified candidates will have:

    • 3-5 yrs in mobile device management or related experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is preferred
    • Experience with Android and/or Mobile Device Management
    • At least some familiarity with SOTI is preferred
