    We're looking for a leader to oversee our team of 7 Field Service Technicians.

    The right person for the position is passionate about mechanical things, enjoys engaging with customers, increasing sales, and developing team members for their future growth and development. 

     

    Territory:

    • You'll be dedicated to our large customer base in Columbus, OH and the surrounding areas

    Hours:

    • Monday - Friday, some weekend work may be necessary, typically for installations

    What we need from you: 

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on restaurant equipment OR an equivalent amount of education, training, and experience
    • Passion for sales and building new business within your area
    • Leadership experience (including mentorship, training) is a plus
    • Mechanical expertise and desire to turn wrenches
    • Effective and consistent communication skills
    • Desire to develop the people on your team
    • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, some overnights required
    • High School Diploma or GED is required.  
    • Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related field is preferred.
    • Valid state driver's license, clean driving record 
    • Must be 21 years of age or older

     

     

         

     

    Essential Functions:

    • Develops, trains, and leads the team of Field Service Technicians
    • Supports business plans for assigned region in support of overall department goals
    • Develops action plans to achieve department goalls
    • Provides equipment expertise and market intelligence
    • Participates in the planning and execution of training for all aspects of sale and service specialist responsibilities 
    • Facilitates and monitors service and training activity in support of identified goals
    • Communicates changes or opportunities Sales and Marketing teams
    • Collaborates with Sales and Marketing to build additional business within the region
    • Provides customers with timely, proper maintenance on equipment, effectively manages parts and equipment expenses.
    • Coordinates and performs scheduled installs and preventative maintenance and service according our high standards
